Minister Alicia knows that there are many beliefs regarding baptisms in various denominations. For the parents' peace of mind, Minister Alicia will do baby and children's baptisms and dedications. However once we are of the age when we know God's will in our lives, full immersion baptisms (mikveh) where one makes a public commitment is biblically preferred.

Baptisms, Dedications and Naming for Babies and Children

• Baby or Child Baptism: Includes anointing with consecrated oil and sprinkling with water.  Includes a special blessing and laying on of hands, dedication to the Lord and special naming ceremony.




• Baby or Child Dedication only: Includes anointing with consecrated oil, a special blessing and laying on of hands, dedication to the Lord and special naming ceremony. 

   

• Baby Naming Ceremony: Includes anointing with consecrated oil, a special blessing and laying on of hands and special naming ceremony.

Baptisms, Dedications and Naming for Adults and Mature Youth

• Baptism: Includes full immersion (mikveh), anointing with consecrated oil, a special blessing and laying on of hands, dedication to the Lord and special naming ceremony.

• Dedication only: Includes anointing with consecrated oil, a special blessing and laying on of hands, dedication to the Lord and special naming ceremony.

   

• Naming only: Includes a special blessing and laying on of hands and special naming ceremony.

Other Blessings and Dedication Ceremonies

We believe that all turning points in our lives should include blessing the Creator for His goodness and for bringing us to this season.  These are just some of the additional blessing ceremonies which we can provide:

• Vow of Purity Ceremony: A "promise to remain pure before marriage" ceremony which may accompany any coming of age celebration such as a Bar or Bat Mitzvah or Quinceñera Ceremony and includes anointing with consecrated oil, purity ring ceremony, dedication and blessing.

• Courtship Ceremony: A "promise to remain pure before marriage" ceremony which may accompany an engagement or pre-engagement (courtship) and includes anointing with consecrated oil, purity ring ceremony, dedication and blessing.

• House Blessing and Dedication: Includes anointing the door with consecrated oil, a special blessing and dedication ceremony.  Optional placing of mezuzah (scroll) on doorpost or house blessing plaque on inside wall.

• Business Blessing and Dedication: Includes anointing the door with consecrated oil, a special blessing and dedication ceremony.  Optional placing of mezuzah (scroll) on doorpost or business blessing plaque on inside wall.

• Groundbreaking Blessing and Dedication: Includes anointing the land with consecrated oil, a special blessing and dedication ceremony (may include blowing of shofar).  Optional placing of Scripture Stakes on corners of property.
